Love that isn't personal

I've experienced an important lesson: attraction is personal, it is about me and what I want. Once I move pass the attraction, there is a level of love that isn't personal...it isn't about me...it isn't about attachment to the other person...

I'm still learning what this level of love is...but what I can tell you so far is that it is about the other person's well being and happiness...about letting go...about finding peace...

I am very grateful for this lesson...for I feel I will need it...it will help me to succeed as I move forward in my life's path...
