I left my heart in the forest at Stanley Park

Last week, we visited Stanley Park in Vancouver. The place is amazing! It is as big as the entire Vancouver downtown area and has forests, gardens, and beaches. It is so wonderful to know that this place has been preserved as a park and see so many people enjoying it. We spent many hours walking around, taking pictures and enjoying the nature. Of all the beautiful scenery we saw, there was one place that caught my heart. It was the forest near the open meadow at the Hallow Tree. There is something about this place...the moment I saw it, it took me away...the trees...there is something magical about the spectacular trees:

I really want to visit it again but unfortunately we didn't have the time before leaving. I thought about that spot every day and yesterday during my shivasana in my yoga class, I realized how much my heart aches for that place and I cried. I plan to return as soon as I can...I already staked out closer places I can stay at...until then, I have the pictures to remind me...
